Requirements for thermal viscous composite plastic films.

The film of vacuum  is usually made of hot sticky composite plastic film.The so-called thermal viscosity refers to the material that is sticky when coated on one side of the film. At room temperature, the two sides of the film are not magnetic.Such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and so on the other side of the film coated with a layer of hot melt, non-toxic, tasteless, high transparency, low melting temperature of bonding materials, such as polyurethane resin addition polymerization dichloroethylene, etc., and there were: polyvinyl chloride (PVC)/polyvinylidene chloride, polyvinyl chloride (PVC)/polyethylene, polytrifluorochloroethylene/PVC, PE/PP/PE composite plastic film, etc.Their heat seal temperatures are around 150 degrees Celsius to 200degrees Celsius.The temperature is too high and the film is easily broken.The temperature is too low to bond with the plate.The thickness of the composite plastic film used in vacuum forming shall be selected according to the drawing ratio of the packaging products (i.e., depth (height)/diameter).The larger the stretch ratio, the thicker the film.According to experience, for small electrical products, the tensile ratio is below 1, and the thickness of the film can be used in 0.30 mm ~ 0.45 mm.
