PVC production process is not complicated, the general production line generally by the roller press, printing press, back coating machine and cutting machine composition, mainly through direct rolling mill roller, roller rotation and high temperature rolling to produce only the thickness of 0.3 mm to 0.7 mm film, printed on the front of the film at the same time as it is produced by the printer, and a back coat applied to the back of the film by a back coater. Do not underestimate this layer of back coating, it is an important guarantee of high performance PVC film. Back coating is made of special materials, is a high-energy affinity agent, it is precisely because of this layer of back coating, PVC film can be closely integrated with the plate or other plate together, ten years or even do not open plastic. The biggest problem is the ordinary veneer posted film can not solve the problem of shedding. Because the entire production process is carried out at high temperatures (220 degrees Celsius in the roller), this results in high lightfastness and fire resistance of the PVC film, ensuring the high quality of the PVC film. Of course, this places high demands on the production machines. The production cost of a production line is usually about 39 million DM, equivalent to about 160 million RMB. But on the other hand, PVC film production process is quite simple, the machine output is also very large, so a comprehensive view, PVC is actually a low input, high yield products.
